Frequently asked questions
What kind of candy is it?
Swedish pick ’n’ mix - sour, gummy, fizzy, foam and hard candy. It’s the kind of candy Swedes grow up on, and most of it you won’t find at the grocery store here. See the full line-up on the Candy page.
Can I order candy without renting the cart?
Yes. Build your own mix by the ounce (8 oz and up) on the Candy page and we’ll ship it to you anywhere in Florida.
What’s the difference between the two ways to pay?
By the headcount: you pay for candy per guest, starting at 8 oz each. By the candy: the self serve option - you set a cap on what you spend on candy, we prep the cart and drop it off, your guests help themselves until it’s reached. Pricing explains both, but we’re happy to answer any questions you may have!
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can - popular dates go first. Short notice? Ask anyway; if the cart is free, we’ll make it work!
Where do you go?
We serve all of South Florida! Further north? Send us an inquiry anyway - let’s see if we can make it happen.
What’s included?
The cart, scoops and bags, the candy, a hand-lettered sign, setup and sweep-up. By the headcount also includes a Chief Candy Officer to run it all; By the candy is self serve.
Can the cart match my colours or theme?
We will do our best to match the color scheme of your event, based on what candy is in stock or what is preordered for your event.
How much space does the cart need?
The cart is 5 ft high and 4 ft wide. Send us the venue and we’ll confirm it fits before you book.
What about allergies?
Tell us about any allergies when you inquire and we’ll walk you through the ingredients of what’s going on the cart.
Can I see the cart before I book?
Come to a pop-up! Upcoming dates are on Find the cart, or leave your email there to hear about the next one.
Is there a deposit?
Yes - a deposit is required to book your date. Asking is always free, and we’ll go over the deposit with your quote.
